BTI is a family owned business and we have been in the Telecommunications industry for 30+ years.

After working for the large service providers, we knew there was more that could be done to satisfy our customer’s needs. In 2003 we broke out on our own with a vision of how customer service and loyalty should be. Integrity, honesty, and going above and beyond expectations of a client’s needs is what sets [BTI] apart from our competition.
